At New Royal Furniture, we aim for full customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation guidelines carefully.

Customers may cancel participation in any scheme or order by contacting us at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle.

We reserve the right to cancel services or memberships in cases of fraud, policy violation, or payment failure.

Refunds are considered only when:

The user cancels before the next cycle and requests refund within 7 days.
There is a verified service or payment error.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

One-time offers, digital goods, or promotional entries in schemes are non-refundable once confirmed.
